Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager in Argentina to be part of our Global Team. At Win & Winnow, our Project Managers are key players in delivering exceptional client experiences, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

In Short

• Analyze project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Set up projects in our management platform and organize all necessary documentation.
• Assemble and assign the appropriate team for each project.
• Plan and schedule workflows to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all workflow stages progress according to plan.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding progress.
• Conduct final quality checks and address feedback.
• Manage full project lifecycles with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with project management systems and CAT tools.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as Project Manager, Coordinator, or Lead in translation, localization, or related service industry.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with project management systems (Plunet preferred).
• Knowledge of CAT tools.
• Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written communication).
• AI knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced student or graduate in relevant fields.
