Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re a fast-growing startup seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager who can help us scale by building strong partnerships with reliable sewing collaborators. In Short

• Research and identify qualified sewing partners
• Schedule and manage meetings between potential partners and the team
• Coordinate the distribution of sample kits and evaluate quality of output
• Collaborate with the team to assess and train partners to meet product standards

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a related role
• Receptive to feedback and able to work closely with a fast-paced team
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven
• Strong communication skills—clear, prompt, and proactive
• Experience in supplier/vendor sourcing or production is a plus
• Background as a freelancer or business owner is a strong advantage

Benefits

• Starts hourly-based; may shift to output-based

• Hybrid work setup is possible; training will mostly be onsite
