Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, development)
• Manage task assignments and deadlines using Monday.com, track progress, and remove roadblocks
• Coordinate and facilitate Zoom meetings with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ensure all creative and marketing deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients on status updates, feedback, and timelines
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to keep momentum and accountability across departments
• Help prioritize workstreams based on urgency, capacity, and overall business impact
• Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and recommend solutions to mitigate delays
• Document client requirements, meeting notes, and key action items in a structured and organized format

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency or creative/marketing environment
• Strong background managing projects in website design, logo/brand identity development, and digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to manage client expectations professionally
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), and Zoom
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability
