Overview

The Senior Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings and related systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.

• Completes skilled trade duties in operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant vocational trade school.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of building maintenance and related systems.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Possession of specific licenses and certifications as required by locality.
