Overview

As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will lead our site-based maintenance team, ensuring equipment uptime and executing maintenance projects in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance management.
• Experience leading teams in multiple site environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and process development.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment systems.
• Experience with Lean Concepts and safety management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and SQL.
• Professional engineering registration is a plus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.
