Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

Enova is currently searching for an ambitious Senior Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting Enova’s balance sheet and interest expense, overseeing Enova’s unit economics framework, and supporting Corporate Development efforts.

• Develop and analyze balance sheet and interest expense forecasts.
• Evolve asset-liability capabilities, focusing on liquidity and interest rate risk management.
• Drive profitable growth through unit economics and return on invested capital analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to evaluate financing options and strategic impacts.
• Facilitate decision making with high-impact analyses on portfolio adjustments and market opportunities.
• Partner with department heads to optimize cost structures.
• Deliver impactful presentations to communicate insights and strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus).
• 7+ years in finance, banking, accounting, or consulting.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling knowledge.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated responsibility and accountability in projects.
• Cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Helpful but not required: exposure to lending or financial services, CPA/CFA/MBA progress, ERP systems knowledge.
