Overview

As a Partnerships Associate at Whatnot, you will expand the company's presence in new categories by identifying and recruiting new sellers to join the community.

In Short

• Become the go-to expert on your category, understanding seller/buyer dynamics and community channels.
• Act as the face of Whatnot for the community of sellers and buyers.
• Source and reach out to potential sellers to grow their business on Whatnot.
• Onboard sellers and teach them how to use the app.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with partners to develop business growth strategies.
• Spearhead marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Utilize basic data analytics skills to derive insights and enhance efficiency.
• Assess category growth and areas for improvement.
• Work in a flexible and ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with a deep understanding of the DACH market.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Business acumen and analytical skills to manipulate data effectively.
