• 12+ years in corporate development or related fields.
• Proven ability to source and negotiate acquisitions.
• Experience presenting to CEOs on strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and mastery in valuation.
• Deep network across technology and commerce.
• Experience in post-merger integration.
• Effective communication skills with executive presence.
• A builder mindset for corporate development.
