The Sr. Corporate Development Lead will play a crucial role in managing Pinterest's M&A activities, collaborating closely with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth.

Requirements

• Experience running M&A deals from the buyside.
• Expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
• Comfort with M&A legal documentation.
• Experience integrating acquisitions.
• Direct experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
