Overview

The Product Release Management Analyst is responsible for implementing a seamless and collaborative process to release and set up new products with customers in various channels and regions, aiming for quick and maximum revenue realization.

In Short

• Run the process to release new products/part numbers to various channel partners and customers.
• Manage the new item communication release.
• Populate customer portals with relevant information for SKU creation.
• Maintain a project checklist to track work products from stakeholders.
• Manage key KPIs related to the product release process.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, engineering, or research.
• Familiarity with automotive aftermarket or adjacent sectors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance scorecards.
• Proficiency in product and project management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven track record in process improvement and managing new product releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data governance and master data clean-up.
• Change management experience in transitioning models.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
