Product Manager/Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Product Manager/Lead Analyst to work as part of a team to provide Information Technology support to the client services that are currently supported by multiple client systems that duplicate data and functionality in silos preventing cross-analysis and lacking the support of modern work automation tools for facilitating process improvement.

• Full-time employee - Remote
• Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
• Responsible for completion of new custom modules or applications.
• Provide Agile development support and coordination across technical teams.
• Support legacy processes while redirecting resources to newly developed systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand current system processes and challenges.
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and project progress to evaluate success.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in product development cycles.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience as a project manager on IT projects with a minimum cost of five million dollars.
• Experience in developing use cases and workflow analysis.
• Active Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification.
• Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal programs.
