Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services for a client Case Management project, facilitating the successful implementation of a new case management system.

In Short

• Full-time remote position.
• Salary range: $130,000 - $135,000 per year.
• Responsibilities include change management planning and assessment.
• Engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing project schedules and gap analysis documents.
• Facilitating change management kick-off meetings.
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Creating communication plans and strategies for stakeholders.
• Documenting all OCM processes and methodologies.
• Collaboration with client Project Teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of Project Management experience.
• 3 years in a lead capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PMP Certification from PMI required.
• 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Ability to provide client/user end references.
