Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support and provide services for project management, data cleansing, conversion, migration, service architecture, service solution, and service integration using client’s Salesforce Platform and MuleSoft Integration Platform.

In Short

• Full-time position with remote work options.
• Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000.
• Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft is required.
• Responsibilities include requirements gathering, data migration, and project management.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct assessments of legacy systems.
• Design transitional plans for data and workflow migration.
• Collaborate with development teams for solution implementation.
• Provide training and support to users.
• Participate in quality assurance and testing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in IT project analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce and requirements management.
• Strong background in data analysis and design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to provide client references upon request.
• Experience with ALM tools is a plus.
• Prior experience with CA-DMV legacy data and services is desirable.
• Must be able to lead scrum sessions.
• Experience with data integration and modeling.
