Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to work as part of a system integration team to provide solution implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services for the Client.

In Short

• Full-time employee - Remote
• Salary: $125,000 - $135,000
• Establish, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks and governance standards.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
• Develop and maintain risk and issue management frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project and Program Managers.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive process optimization and standardization across the PMO.
• Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities.
• Foster a culture of delivery excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience applying Project Management principles.
• 4 years as a Senior PM on large IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
• 3 years in establishing PMO frameworks.
• References for all projects used to meet qualifications.
