Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is contingent on contract award. As a member of our dynamic tech team, you will work collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders to provide web content management support for three websites maintained and/or managed by a Federal Customer.

In Short

• Activity and resource planning including creating monthly reports and status updates
• Track and monitor specific aspects of web content support
• Use Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration systems for active collaboration
• Lead the agile process and manage tickets
• Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies
• Ensure development teams practice core agile principles
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team
• Supervise staff in day-to-day activities
• Prepare project reports and brief leadership on progress
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass Public Trust Clearance
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Experience with Drupal Content Management Systems
• Facilitation skills in leading meetings and retrospectives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
