In Short

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, from defining requirements to offer acceptance.
  • Develop, implement, and champion a scalable, automation-enhanced recruiting system.
  • Identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Enhance Vaultes branding through social media, job boards, and events.
  • Provide a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all stages.
  • Keep a pulse on recruiting trends and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and manage talent pipelines for upcoming needs.
  • Work closely with the BD team to ensure accuracy in staffing needs and recruiting efforts.
  • Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process.
  • Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and facilitate interview scheduling/communication with hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Vaultes does not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Organized while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent with technology.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint.
  • Deep Experience with Paylocity or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 10+ years of related experience with at least 5 years in the government contracting industry.
