Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in People Operations and HR.
• Strong emotional intelligence and passion for team support.
• Understanding of employment and contracting arrangements.
• Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English and experience with HR systems.
