Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of client delivery at Lilo Social, coordinating workflows across creative, media, and retention teams.

• Handle client onboarding processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of scope of work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency with Google Drive.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana and Notion.
• Ability to work independently while fostering team relationships.
