Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Lilo Social is hiring a full-time project manager to coordinate internal tasks, assist with client communication and calls, handle external clients requests, and lead communication between internal and external teams.

In Short

• Drive projects forward and keep internal teams on track.
• Organize resources across multiple clients and projects.
• Manage and plan projects internally.
• Provide constant communication and timelines to clients.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and team members.
• Schedule internal team on projects and allocate resources.
• Organize weekly client meeting agendas and take notes.
• Create Asana tasks based on client needs.
• Respond to client communications quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are on track.

Requirements

• 2 years of project management experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and Facebook Ads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and Notion.
• Digital ad agency experience.
