Senior Retention Strategist - Remote

Overview

The main focus of this role is to strategize, write copy, manage accounts, and handle deployment to increase customer lifetime value for our client’s email and SMS campaigns.

In Short

• Take ownership and strategize campaign calendars and automation backlog for email and SMS services.
• Prioritize projects to scale clients’ email and SMS marketing programs.
• Set up and manage a retention framework that includes testing and analysis.
• Analyze performance and make strategic recommendations using data.
• Create weekly and monthly reports to visualize data and show progress.
• 5 years’ experience in a retention role with a focus on DTC Ecommerce.
• Expert knowledge in creating and optimizing email accounts for Ecommerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, copywriting, and deliverability best practices.
• Proven experience in the DTC space with expertise in Klaviyo.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a retention role with a brand or agency.
• Expert knowledge in email marketing and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
