As a Senior Strategist at Kyra, you’ll lead the development of platform-native campaign strategies that combine creative storytelling with measurable brand impact—focused on one of our top beauty clients.

• Lead the end-to-end development of campaign strategies from audience profiling to performance KPIs.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in strategy, planning, insights, or branded content.
• Deep knowledge of platform behaviours and the creator economy.
• Strong grasp of beauty trends and consumer personas.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and audience data.
• Exceptional brief-writing and storytelling skills.
