Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

As a Production Assistant at Kyra, you’ll support the delivery of best-in-class creator campaigns—helping our producers and creatives bring bold ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You’ll be hands-on across pre-production, on-set, and post-production, ensuring shoots run smoothly, talent feel supported, and the team can focus on making standout work.

In Short

• Assist producers with pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and scheduling
• Prepare and distribute call sheets, production documents, and crew information
• Support on set—managing talent, keeping things on time, and solving problems in real time
• Handle props, wardrobe, equipment, and general production needs during shoots
• Book locations, studios, equipment, and freelance crew as required
• Track expenses, invoices, and budget paperwork for productions
• Organise and manage contracts, release forms, and insurance documents
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Stay up to date on production tools, industry best practice, and emerging creator formats
• Contribute to post-shoot debriefs and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1–2+ years in production, content creation, or agency support—or a strong desire to break into the field
• Highly organised multitasker with exceptional admin and time-management skills
• A team player with a can-do attitude—calm under pressure and ready to step in wherever needed
• Interest in social-first content and the creator economy
