Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

Tried and True Media (TNT) is a digital direct response agency in the health, wellness, and beauty space. We have generated over $1.2B in sales for our clients by creating innovative 1-5m ads on Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. We’re looking for a production assistant who can help our creative producers with various and diverse video-related and casting administrative work.

In Short

• Provide critical support to Creative Producers throughout all phases of production.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail required.
• Track and manage production invoices and receipts.
• Create and update call sheets with essential details.
• Order and manage delivery of props and materials.
• Sort and label incoming footage.
• Maintain and update the master Production Tracker.
• Provide general support to the Producer team across all phases.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across various timelines.
• Familiar with production tools such as Slack and Dropbox.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or detail-oriented work.
• Excellent English skills, with top-notch speaking and writing abilities.
• Takes pride in submitting high-quality work on time.
• Available for calls and meetings during specific hours.
• Preferred: Experience in production coordination or video editing.
