Overview

The Associate Marketing Manager will own the full agency-side content engine at Tried and True Media, driving lead generation through various content formats and marketing strategies.

In Short

  • Manage lead generation initiatives including newsletters and LinkedIn content.
  • Plan and oversee podcast episodes for The Scaling Lab.
  • Handle CRM and automation tasks for marketing workflows.
  • Engage in strategy planning and project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Write and produce high-quality content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with editing and performance teams.
  • Measure success through SQLs and pipeline contributions.
  • Work in a part-time to full-time capacity, with hours from 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
  • Must have 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in agency or DTC.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication with a US-based team.

  • Demonstrated end-to-end campaign ownership.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
  • AI fluency in content workflows.
