Lilo Social is hiring a full-time digital project manager to coordinate internal tasks, assist with client communication and calls, handle external clients requests, and lead communication between internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 2 years of project management experience
• Experience managing paid media and creative projects
• Digital ad agency experience
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Familiarity with eCommerce and Facebook Ads
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with scheduling and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and Notion
