In Short

• Supports small to medium projects or Program Directors on larger
• Directly assist and possibly lead client kick offs and project
• Run and coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, and stand-ups
• Develop project schedules, maintain status of project, ensure all systems are up to date
• Work closely with client services to maintain clear client communication, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital agency or related experience, developing interactive projects and managing client work.
• Strong communication competency and the ability to effectively convey information, ideas, and emotions in various contexts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Familiar with web development processes, UX/UI design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during a project.
• Developing financial acumen and advanced insight into business processes.
• Strong relationship building skills.
