Digital Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Experience team, focused on streamlining delivery of web strategy and operational projects. You will work closely with members of Marketing to establish priority and planning of projects, drive transparency and accountability, and facilitate the successful delivery of projects.

In Short

• Provide project management support for web projects and production tasks.
• Manage intake and backlog, identify project requirements and gaps.
• Partner with digital strategy and product owners to understand business strategies.
• Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution.
• Lead continuous business process improvement efforts.
• Ensure clear transfer of work from project to operations.
• Enforce established governance and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage tactical issues.
• Experience in continuous process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with innovative solutions.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent English.
