In Short

• Lead Seamless Onboarding of new clients.
• Define & Manage Project Scope with clear deliverables.
• Own Project Timelines using Asana.
• Oversee Digital Execution of websites and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure Clear Communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with designers, developers, and marketers.
• Identify & Resolve Roadblocks proactively.
• Ensure Quality & Accuracy through final checks.
• Train & Support Clients post-launch.
• Optimize Workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong Organizational Skills for managing multiple projects.
• Digital Project Expertise in development workflows.
• Problem-Solving Mindset to troubleshoot issues.
• Client-Focused Approach with experience in managing expectations.
• Clear & Professional Communication skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or digital marketing.
• Strong background in Customer Service and Account Management.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
• Experience in agency or digital services environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
