Overview

The Corporate Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate departments and multiple locations. This role conducts detailed intake sessions, partners closely with hiring leaders, and drives timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years’ experience with ATS platforms.
• 6+ years’ experience managing relationships with corporate leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Familiarity with hiring laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and maturity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to travel for recruiting meetings.
