Corporate Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The successful Recruiter will collaborate with program managers on a regular basis and proactively identify qualified candidates for all hiring needs.

In Short

• Execute activities supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process.
• Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods.
• Follow the recruitment process in the company’s applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate development of job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple job requisitions concurrently.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Evaluate all candidates fairly in line with DEI mission.
• Maintain excellent communication with candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years' recruiting experience, preferably in government contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in technical and corporate recruiting.
• Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking software.
• Ability to develop a diverse applicant pool.
• Familiarity with online job boards.
• Ability to adapt to a collaborative culture.
