Topstep is seeking a driven and skilled Technical Recruiter to help accelerate our growth by identifying and hiring top-tier talent in engineering, product, and other technical functions. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team—responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to fill high-impact roles across the organization. Your focus will be sourcing exceptional candidates for technical positions, optimizing our recruiting processes, and providing an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Topstep’s values and mission. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Success in sourcing and closing passive technical talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Consultative mindset with strong influence skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• A collaborative attitude with a focus on progress.
