In Short

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles at corporate and property levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess workforce needs.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using various platforms.
• Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through structured interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with candidates.
• Draft engaging job postings for visibility.
• Conduct background and reference checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
• Support employer branding through networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms like Paylocity.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to work onsite; hybrid schedule available.
