Overview

Trilogy Federal is seeking a motivated Senior Momentum Financials Business Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration with expertise in federal financial management.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise in Momentum Financials.
• Support VHA’s Accounting Classification Structure (ACS) efforts.
• Analyze current business processes and develop functional requirements.
• Implement and test financial management solutions.
• Lead functional support for system interfaces.
• Research and analyze financial statement reporting.
• Assist clients with new initiatives and training.
• Facilitate meetings with government clients.
• Work remotely with potential onsite opportunities.
• Staffing for December 2025/January 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Financial ERP systems, specifically with Momentum.
• Knowledge of VA’s new Accounting Classification Structure.
• Strong communication skills with senior management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and establish priorities.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• VA or Federal experience preferred.
