Corporate Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Recruiter manages the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels of the business.

In Short

• Manage assigned open requisitions and candidate activity for various positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Identify strategies to source passive candidates.
• Create effective job postings.
• Manage job boards and maximize visibility.
• Communicate company culture and benefits to candidates.
• Document interview questions and candidate responses.
• Oversee workflow steps for transparency and reporting.
• Create and send offer letters to candidates.
• Initiate and monitor background checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• AIRS Certification is a plus.
• Jobvite ATS experience preferred.
• Combination of staffing agency and corporate experience preferred.
• Prior experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
