Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth company.
• Success in sourcing across multiple functions, focusing on corporate roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working within an ATS like Greenhouse.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches.
• Creative and proactive in engaging talent.
• Bonus: Experience in education or edtech markets.
