Overview

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and collaborating with department managers to meet hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ATS and HR databases.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Paylocity preferred.
