Senior Manager, Executive Compensation - Remote

Overview

Western Digital is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee executive compensation initiatives and programs, reporting to the Director of Executive Compensation.

In Short

• Develop and execute competitive total compensation programs for executive leaders.
• Conduct ongoing global market analysis of long-term incentives.
• Manage global LTI compensation programs, including equity and cash plans.
• Act as internal consultant to HR staff and senior leaders on compensation issues.
• Prepare materials for the Compensation and Talent Committee of the Board.
• Support preparation of Executive Compensation sections of proxy statements.
• Create materials to communicate compensation policies to leaders.
• Conduct research on executive compensation and SEC filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; CCP preferred.
• Experience in global executive compensation in high-tech or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation principles and market trends.
• Experience with equity programs and executive compensation.
• Knowledge of high-tech surveys and SEC filings.
• Effective communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Workday HCM.
• Analytical mindset for managing complex data sets.
