Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 6 years of experience in compensation.
• Knowledge of global equity policies and procedures.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with securities, compliance, and tax related to compensation.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to assess risks and analyze situations.
• Proven success in managing projects and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
