• Lead end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses.
• Establish and manage a Finance Integration Office/Council.
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure timely execution of integration milestones.
• Translate deal rationale into actionable financial integration plans.
• Drive the digital enablement of integration processes.
• Develop and manage integration related milestone plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert.
• Lead post-close reviews and improve integration practices.
• Ensure financial targets are embedded in integration plans.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• A minimum of twelve years of hands-on experience managing large to midsize projects.
• MBA or PMP preferred.
• Experience in program management or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
• Experience with digital tools supporting integration.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in complex, global environments.
• Ability to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
