Overview

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Finance to lead the strategic finance function and implement AI-driven analytical frameworks to support decision-making for critical business questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 10-12+ years of experience in strategic finance or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive teams.
• Advanced modeling skills and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Ability to distill complex topics into simple frameworks.
• Strong work ethic and ability to drive operational outcomes.
• Experience with financial planning and BI tools.
• Track record of using AI to improve processes is a plus.
• Experience building a strategic finance function from scratch is a plus.
