Analyst, Ethics and Compliance Operations - Remote

Overview

This Analyst enables the Ethics and Compliance team to deliver training and targeted messaging to Western Digital’s global workforce. This role supports the implementation of our compliance program in collaboration with other functions in the Company.

In Short

• Project manage the creation and delivery of online training modules and instructor-led classes
• Coordinate timely development of training modules with subject-matter experts and training content vendors
• Manage relationship with Learning Management System (LMS) owners
• Oversee technical testing of course files and enable completion tracking
• Support logistics planning of risk assessments and program evaluations
• Monitor and respond to employee questions and requests
• Assist with new team member onboarding and vendor engagement
• Support periodic updates to leadership and business units
• Work with SMEs to support projects and reports
• Other special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to understand and use new technology and systems
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Learning Management systems
• Strong project management background
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work
