Operations Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operations Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing vendor compliance and ensuring adherence to company standards.

In Short

• Own vendor compliance manual and update as necessary.
• Partner with 3PL Distribution Center team to compile infractions.
• Monitor data collection processes.
• Review vendor compliance issues with the Production team.
• Present violations to vendors for resolution.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and requests.
• Partner with Finance team to issue credits for compliance failures.
• Record and publish reports on recoveries and opportunities.

Requirements

• Self-motivator who can work independently.
• Proven strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Solid math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Bachelor's degree in business/supply chain preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in auditing or inventory control.
• Excellent customer service skills.
