Overview

The Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy at Western Digital will lead the government relations program to advance the company’s public policy agenda and represent its interests at various government levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, government, public policy or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in government affairs.
• Strong bipartisan relationships in Washington, D.C.
• Knowledge of federal legislative and regulatory processes.
• Experience in the data storage industry is preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and self-initiating.
• Understanding of compliance laws regulating political activities.
