In your role as a recruiter, you will become a trusted person for highly qualified talents and accompany them long-term on their career path.

In Short

• Active sourcing and talent acquisition of suitable candidates across all relevant channels.
• Manage candidates from initial contact to hiring, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews independently, assess candidates systematically, and make informed selection decisions.
• Optimize our recruiting processes by analyzing KPIs and implementing your own ideas.
• Collaborate closely with departments to meet individual requirements effectively.
• Shape an authentic external appearance that excites candidates through employer branding.

Requirements

• Initial experience in recruiting, e.g., from in-house or agency environments.
• Structured and empathetic demeanor, recognizing potential and engaging with individuals personally.
• Organizational talent and initiative, bringing ideas to the table and prioritizing wisely.
• Digital mindset with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, or applicant management software.
• Strong command of the German language (C2 level) for professional communication with German-speaking candidates and employees.
