You love working with content – from conception to production to strategic planning? At Werkia, we are looking for a creative and structured personality who masters both content management and social media.

In Short

• 50% in Content Management (editorial planning, content control, quality assurance)
• 50% operationally in Social Media (concept, implementation, publication)
• Development and maintenance of editorial plans for websites & campaigns
• Creation of texts, landing pages & campaign content
• Collaboration with external creators for video, graphic, and text content
• Community management & monitoring
• Experience in producing social content (Reels, visuals, captions)
• Structured working style and a good sense for cross-channel storytelling
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Very good German skills (at least B2 level)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content creation and management
• Proven experience in social content production
• Proficient in tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Bonus: experience with performance-driven content or in the craft sector
