As a Country Sales Manager (all genders) for Austria, you will actively shape one of our key growth markets. You will be responsible for the sales strategy, lead a dedicated team, and drive our B2B business with a clear vision and hands-on mentality.   • Team Leadership & Development: You will lead a dedicated sales team in Austria, currently consisting of three sales team members. Together with you, we will continue to build the team, fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented culture and ensuring targeted development and structured knowledge exchange.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: You define and implement a B2B sales strategy specifically aimed at the Austrian market. Following the principle of “Leading by Doing,” you take responsibility for operational business—from customer acquisition to contract negotiations and successful closure.
  • Performance-Management & Pipeline Optimization: Using CRM tools and data-driven analyses, you keep track of the sales pipeline and KPIs (individually & at team level), create precise forecasts, and continuously optimize conversion rates and sales efficiency.
  • Country Representation: As the contact person and face of Wemolo in Austria, you represent the company externally and work closely with marketing, product management, and operations.

Requirements

  • Background: You have at least 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales with mid and enterprise customers and have already worked in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Leadership: You have already gained initial professional and disciplinary leadership experience.
  • Experience: From initial customer acquisition (outbound) to contract negotiation, you master the entire sales cycle and can also demonstrate successes in working with large accounts.
  • Communication: With a strong personal presence, you can convey even complex issues understandably and engage with top management and C-level stakeholders at eye level.
  • Language Skills: You have C2 German language skills and speak fluent English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to Travel: You have a valid Class B driver's license and are willing to travel regularly within Austria (approx. 40%).
