Overview

As the Country Manager for Poland, you will significantly shape our market entry and expansion in Poland. You will combine industry knowledge with entrepreneurial spirit and build our business operationally and strategically on-site. You will be the central point of contact for our partners, customers, and internal stakeholders in Poland, significantly influencing our growth in one of the most important European markets. In Short

• Develop and manage the market entry strategy for Poland from planning to scaling.
• Steer marketing and sales measures efficiently with a solid understanding of target groups.
• Identify business opportunities and potential customers through your network and market understanding.
• Support the establishment of operational processes (end-to-end) and engage in day-to-day business.
• Ensure customer service and transport quality in collaboration with teams in Germany.
• Work closely with colleagues from Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support.
• Manage customer and partner relationships, reportings, market analyses, and goal definitions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Polish logistics market, especially in the area of general cargo and LTL.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and responsibility are essential; you develop strategies and proactively tackle issues.
• Hands-on mentality with comfort in operational day-to-day business.
• Excellent language skills in Polish (C1/C2) and high communication proficiency in German and English (at least C1).
• Willingness to travel between Poland and Germany.
