Overview

Welcome to LunyOne - we are a dynamic influencer marketing agency focused on (mobile) gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle. To further expand our team, we are looking for a Talent Manager (all genders) who will be responsible for managing and supporting our creators. You will be the central interface between the creators and the campaigns, ensuring that all creative content meets our and our clients' expectations.

In Short

• Support and develop creators from our in-house portfolio (60+)
• Interface between influencers, internal teams, and clients
• Content coordination and ensuring that content meets campaign requirements
• Recruit new talents and maintain strong relationships with existing creators
• Event support
• Collaboration with the team, clients, and influencers, creating pitches, budget management, planning entire campaigns, and creating reports
• Implementation of new creative ideas and strategies

Requirements

• Experience in talent or influencer management
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
• Positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly
• Reliability, very good organization, and the ability to work independently
• Interest and enthusiasm for the social media world and trends in influencer marketing
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace
