Senior Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

We seek a seasoned legal professional who is passionate about delivering value and possesses the maturity to prioritise and execute effectively. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-functional projects, leveraging your extensive expertise across various legal domains to ensure compliance and the timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

• English solicitor or lawyer qualified in the EEA.
• 8 years PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience in international legal environments.
• Ability to provide business-centric legal advice.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English at C1 level.
