Requirements

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
• Ability to submit required documents for PMP access.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
